Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services
• Engage with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and address their needs
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery
• Maintain accurate records for regular reports and data analysis for management review
• Prepare detailed business proposals and deliver engaging presentations tailored to various clients
• Support the Key Account team with daily operations and various administrative tasks

• Perform ad-hoc support as required
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 1-year of relevant experience in forwarder/logistics industry is preferred
• Experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Detailed-oriented, well-organized, and capable of working independently under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
