Responsibilities:
- Monitor the reception counters and maintain clerical support to the daily operations
- Lead and coordinate the concierge service to provide service to residents
- Prepare regular reports
Qualifications:
- Form 5 graduation above academic qualification
- At least 1 year experience in customer services
- Holder of valid QAS certificate and Security Personnel Permit (SPP)
- Fluent in Cantonese, proficient in reading and writing in Chinese and English
- Familiar with basic computer skills and MS office applications
