Main Duties and Responsibilities
This list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs.
- To perform and manage clients’ monthly payroll calculations, pay slips preparation, MPF administration, payroll reporting and other various payroll related tasks
- Able to handle Employer’s return preparation and filing including all notifications to Inland Revenue Department
- Help client to arrange new application and renewal of Employee Compensation Insurance & Medical Insurance
- Ability to answer clients’ enquiries for employment matters
- Manage and maintain comprehensive payroll records
- To act as administrative support to clients, vendors and internal staff in order to deliver the timely service to the clients
- Able to manage tight schedule and close follow up with clients to provide required information to relevant parties within the deadline
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and guidelines
- Assist the Client Accounting Department as and when necessary with simple booking keeping and data entry
- Knowledge in employment visa processing
- Interest in exposure other services aspect, such as, Bookkeeping and Accounting (training will be provided)
- To ensure compliance is met with company standards, policies and procedures
Experience and Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Accountancy or other related discipline
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- At least 3 years’ experience in payroll administration
- Familiar with Employment Ordinances, tax regulation and MPF Schemes Ordinance
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office

- Good customer service skills in handling clients’ requests
