- Handle the full set of accounts.
- Prepare routine reports and maintain complete and up-to-date records.
- Communicate closely with clients and vendors regarding pricing and quality issues.
- Issue and follow up on invoices, purchase orders, and other relevant documents.
- Assist with general administrative and clerical support.
- Handle any ad-hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements
- LCC & I Higher / Diploma in Accounting or higher.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Multiable & QuickBooks is an advantage.
- Proficient in computer skills and knowledgeable in MS Office.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
