Job Description
Role Overview
The Key Account Manager will help drive business growth and building strong customer relationship through proactive, successful pipeline management and leadership of Key Accounts in Hong Kong and APAC.
Responsibilities:
- Manage key account with SOP and KPI
- Building strong working relationships with current or prospective customers
- As customer owner and escalation point for all account issues: commercial, delivery, support, customer success etc.
- Monitor origins performance and prepare reports for management and customers
- Seek continuous improvement opportunities through process enhancement, documentation and post-implementation review processes
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by General Manager
Qualifications:
- University graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or commerce-related
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Freight Forwarding/Supply Chain Management
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Immediately Available is preferred
