Senior Product Manager / Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in product development projects focusing on software development products and AI maintenance projects.

• Collect and analyze customer requirements, performing actionable insights for product improvements.

• Design and deliver APIs for customers to use AI-driven network tools efficiently.

• Develop and enhance API and in-house applications to continuously ensure stability, reliability and scalability.

• Conduct UAT/SIT to validate application readiness for deployment and rollout.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 1-2 year of working experience in software development

• Hands-on knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

(Programming & Frameworks: Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, JavaScript, React.js, Python, Servlet

Databases: SQL, Oracle RDBMS, Oracle PL/SQL

APIs & Development: Web Service API, API Design, Git version control, CI/CD pipelines

Infrastructure & Tools: UNIX shell scripting, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Grafana, Prometheus

AI & LLMs: Familiarity with Large Language Models and their practical application)

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.

• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)

• Candidates with overseas work experience will be given priority

• Frequent business travel is required
