Part Time - Account & HR officer

About the role

We have an excellent opportunity for a Part Time - Account & HR officer to join our team at Cube Spatial Design Limited' in the Wan Chai District. As a part-time role, this position will provide you with the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments.

What you'll be doing

• Handling accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments and reconciliations
• Assisting with HR administration tasks such as processing payroll, leave records and employee onboarding
• Preparing financial reports and presenting key data to management
• Supporting the finance and HR teams with ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as needed

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of experience in an accounts or HR assistant role, preferably in a small to medium-sized business
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment law would be an advantage
