ABOUT THE ROLE

CTM is seeking customer-oriented and enthusiastic individuals to join our M.I.C.E. team. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with Project Managers to develop travel plans and ensure effective coordination. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to exceeding client expectations.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in developing comprehensive travel or event proposals, including but not limited to itineraries, costs, and logistical details.
  • Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, making travel arrangements such as flight bookings, hotel reservations, ground transportation, visa applications and event arrangements.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, guest assistance and all related logistics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging destinations, and travel regulations to provide informed recommendations and innovative solutions.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Tertiary education or above, preferably in Travel and Tourism, Event Management, Communication, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year’s office work experience. Fresh graduate with knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and event management will also be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Independent, responsible, creative, and able to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to travel and work outside regular office hours as required.
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as “Project Officer”.
