Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform book-keeping and other general accounting works (e.g. AP & AR).
- Data entry in accounting system.
- Prepare monthly financial statements.
- Manage daily finance functions and maintain accounting operations.
- Prepare cheques, bank remittances & bank reconciliations.
- Assist in office administrative duties when required.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
- Experience in trading business/ administration/ secretarial roles is an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
- At least 2 years of accounting experience.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Accounting Specialist.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
