About the role

Celestial Studio Limited is looking for an experienced Product Manager in gaming industry. As a full-time Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and growth of our innovative game products. With a focus on product management and development, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, roadmaps, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development
• Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for our games, ensuring alignment with business goals and player needs.
• Conduct market research, player feedback sessions, and user testing to drive product decisions and improve the overall user experience.
• Oversee the product life cycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards
• Analyse product performance data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement data-driven decisions
• Work closely with game designers, engineers, marketers, and data scientists to ensure smooth product development and feature delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product innovation

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful game products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management best practices
• Passion for gaming and an in-depth understanding of gaming trends, technologies, and player expectations
