5+ years’ experience in AP, AR & month-end closing

Handling intercompany reconciliation is preferred

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent
• 5+ years of working experience in handling a full set of books
• Experience in AR, AP transactions and month-end closing
• Prior experience in intercompany settlement and reconciliation
• Detail-minded, self-initiative, sense of responsibility
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and knowledge of the ERP system is an advantage

Job Description

• Perform financial accounting operations including AP, AR transactions
• Inventory control
• Costing
• Prepare cashflow forecast, accounting schedules and financial statements
• Preparation of payment instructions to banks and cheques for settlement
• Assist in month-end closing and preparing financial reports & analysis reports
