Sustainability Data System Project Manager

This project-based role supports the Sustainability Data System (SDS) project across planning, implementation, stabilization, and system enhancement phases by coordinating project activities, stakeholder engagement, user testing and training efforts to enable successful adoption of SDS across the Group.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain stakeholder maps and engagement plans; Coordinate with Group and BU representatives to ensure alignment and buy-in
• Lead preparation, facilitation, and follow-up of Project Steering Committee and Project Execution Committee meetings
• Plan and manage UAT schedules across use cases; Facilitate UAT briefings, training, and feedback collection
• Track issue logs, monitor defect resolution progress, and escalate critical issues to vendor and Project Execution Committee
• Support in developing training materials and user guides
• Organize and deliver training sessions for system users
• Support change management activities and communication campaigns to promote SDS adoption and user readiness

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement or system user training within large, complex organizations
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration in complex programme structures with multiple workstreams, digital SME and third-party suppliers
• Experience with ESG reporting or data systems, ERP platforms, or digital transformation projects is an advantage
• Knowledge in sustainability themes (e.g., environmental, greenhouse gases emission, health & safety, energy transition) is a plus

• Second and/or higher degree in a related field preferred
• Professional qualifications in project management or engineering preferred
