Job Description

Job Description:

  • Data entries, invoice checking, filing and documentation
  • Assist in cheque issuing
  • Responsible for financial records for account payable and receivable
  • Preparation for the monthly financial statement to customer
  • Support the month-end and year-end close process
  • Provide administration support to the company

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in accounting or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years’ shipping company working experience in accounting
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
