Customer Services Officer (3P logistics) (Fresh Graduates are welcome)

We are seeking Customer Services Officer to join our team.

About the Role:

• Handling customer’s inquiries, claims, complaints, quotations and overseas agent correspondence
• Following up overseas routing orders and bookings from customers
• Maintaining customer database
• Handling all import and export shipments
• Coordinating with operation departments to ensure customer orders are properly followed up
• Providing internal support to warehouse staff
• Perform UAT testing
• Perform other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned

About You:

• Fresh graduates with no working experience are welcomed
• Self-motivated, proactive team player and willing to learn and take on challenges
• Dynamic and customer-driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently under pressure and work in warehouses
• High proficiency in MS office applications
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Immediate available is highly preferred
