Cybersecurity Project Coordinator (Secondment to Well Known Chinese Bank)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee cybersecurity projects to ensure timely delivery, compliance with security requirements, and high-quality outcomes.
• Work closely with internal IT/security teams, vendors, and clients to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
• Prepare documentation and technical specifications required for ordering cybersecurity products and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare regular progress/status reports, and manage project documentation.
• Assist in project risk assessments, vendor evaluations, and compliance documentation as needed.
• Perform other project coordination duties assigned by the Cybersecurity Project Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT or cybersecurity project coordination (fresh graduates with technical aptitude may be considered).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
