About The Role

We’re looking for a highly driven and strategic Manager / Senior Manager, Marketing Campaign to lead our product marketing efforts. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns that resonate with target customers, generate demand, and contribute to business growth. This role requires both strong marketing acumen and leadership capabilities.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Strategize and execute impactful marketing campaigns
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies tailored to target segments (e.g. pre-retirement audiences).
• Lead multi-channel campaigns that align with marketing and business goals.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to continuously optimize effectiveness.
• Leverage customer insights and feedback to refine messaging and tactics.
• Lead and grow a high-performing campaign team
• Provide clear strategic direction and coaching to team members.
• Maintain high-quality standards across all campaign deliverables.
• Foster a collaborative and creative team culture focused on impact and innovation.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and execution
• Partner with product, platform, compliance, and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company priorities.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
• Manage campaign budgets and timelines
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Oversee campaign execution to meet deadlines, budget constraints, and quality expectations.
  
  

About You

• 8-10 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in campaign management
• A well-rounded marketer with strong business acumen and a creative mindset.
• Proven experience in leading multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable success.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
