Responsibilities:
- Responsible for SMS and bulk production follow up, report key production metrics and WIP to ensure progress are on track
- Engaged in production management activities including PO management in system, material booking (where necessary) capacity reservation, PO delivery visibility to regions until shipment effective
- Maintain day-to-day communication with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure vendors comply with all company standards, quality processes, shipping requirements
- Support manager to partner with counterparts in regional offices in the whole supply chain -process
- Able to analyze order status via system reports
- Reporting activities as required to management
- Ad hoc and overall duties required from time to time to ensure effectiveness and VM focus
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in clothing, textiles or related disciplines preferred
- Minimum 6 years’ experience on production follow up, preferably gained in buying office or multi-national companies
- Understanding of SAP PO & PLM system will be an advantage
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin / Cantonese and another relevant Asian language is preferable
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, technique of using v-lookup and pivot tables in Excel is a must
Experience in ACCESSORIEScategory is an advantage
