- 協助餐廳經理管理日常運作,包括更表編排、工作分配、餐廳維修及保養 Assist Restaurant Manager to oversee the day to day operations of the Restaurant but not limited to proper scheduling, assigning of duties, housekeeping, repair & maintenance of restaurants.
- 提供優質餐飲服務予賓客 Deliver high-quality service to customers
- 協助餐廳經理檢討及製訂合適方案改善餐廳服務質素 Assist Restaurant Manager to Identify areas where service can be improved and finding practical solutions
- 積極及熱誠與客戶互動 Sociable and able to interact with customers with a strong sense of hospitality and passion
Job Requirements
- 中五或以上程度及5年相關經驗,有高級餐飲或酒店經驗更佳 Form.5 or above with 5 years relevant experience, fine dining & hotel experience is an advantage
- 性格外向和充滿活力,具有良好的客戶服務、人際交往和溝通技巧 Outgoing and energetic personality, with good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- 良好英語與中文溝通能力; 具普通話溝通能力者優先 Good command of spoken English and Cantonese; knowledge in Mandarin a plus
- 需合資格在香港工作 Must be eligible to work in Hong Kong
