About the role
BalanceVital Health Management Limited is seeking an experienced and motivated Operation and Customer Service Manager to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and customer service functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our healthcare services business.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and coordinate all operational activities to meet established service level agreements and key performance indicators
- Oversee the customer service team, providing guidance and support to ensure a consistently high level of service is delivered to our clients
- Analyse customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and implement new processes or systems as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance the overall customer experience
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise resource allocation and drive cost efficiencies
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions
- Foster a positive, customer-centric team culture and provide coaching and development opportunities for staff
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operations and customer service management role, preferably within the healthcare or professional services industry
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and enhancing the customer experience
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to leverage insights to drive continuous improvement
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
- Fluency in both English and Cantonese is essential
