IMAC Coordinator – Hong Kong

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology IMAC Coordinator with 7-15 years of expertise to manage and coordinate all aspects of Move, Add, and Change (MAC) activities across client sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing workspace relocations, infrastructure implementations, and vendor management, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive project management services for MAC and minor space reconfiguration projects.

• Coordinate and support scheduled workspace relocations, including moving contents and personal items.

• Plan, organize, and execute all move-related activities to ensure minimal disruption.

• Develop and maintain a master move schedule for assigned client sites.

• Implement various system and infrastructure solutions as required.

• Troubleshoot and support system infrastructure and client services.

• Administer contracts for construction and vendor management.

• Support weekend overtime work as necessary to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electronic Communication, Information Engineering, or a relevant discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in networking/engineering roles; 7-15 years preferred.

• Passionate about researching new technologies and continuous learning.

• Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work effectively under pressure.

• Excellent team player with good communication skills.

• Solid understanding of networks, IP addressing, and voice infrastructure.

• Ability to identify and troubleshoot all types of desktop hardware.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and common software packages.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Immediate availability is preferred.
