Assistant Project Manager

Duties

• Assist in overall project planning and co-ordination;
• Monitor site progress including quality of work, and prepare progress report;
• Liaise, communicate and coordinate with different parties including clients, architects, consultants and sub-contractors for on-site progress and ensure workmanship is carried out in accordance with contract requirement.
• Assist in tender cost calculation.
• Material enquiry, submission, and ordering; and
• Assist in payment application to clients and assessing sub-contractors’ work progress

Requirements

• 5 years or above relevant experience, preferably in interior fit-out projects or maintenance;
• Less experience will be considered as Project Co-ordinator;
• Higher diploma or above in related disciplines.
• Good at IT literacy, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Project);
• With detailed mind, work independently and good communication skill; and
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
