園區入口營運部 - 票務主任/監督 (HK$6000 新人獎金)

Ocean Park Corporation is currently looking for talents to fill the following vacancies in Main Entrance Operations team.

• Ticketing Officer 票務主任
• Ticketing Supervisor 票務監督       

To support the daily operations of Main Entrance Operations Department including entrance’s guest flow, on-site ticket and pass sales, admission control and car park fee collection so as to ensure smooth, efficient and orderly operations with high service and safety standard. 

工作要求

• Diploma holder with experience in customer / ticketing services is preferred
• Experience in counter operations, cash handling and preparation of sales and revenue reports
• Experience in operating an automated ticketing and admission system is preferable
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Responsible, self-starter and self-motivated
• Willing to work outdoor and on weekend & public holidays
