Job Description
A well-established machinery equipment trading company is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team –
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls
- Issue quotation, follow up orders and clerical support
- Assist the team leader in handling the maintenance service and inspection schedule
- Assist in handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- HD or above
Min. 3 years of sales coordinator / sales administrative / customer service working experiences
- Responsible, well-organized, willing to learn with pleasant personalities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Chinese Word Processing and English Typing
- Fresh graduates with a positive attitude will also be considered
- Immediately available is preferred
