Job Duties
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the operation team
- Prepare, maintain and update the records in a timely manner
- Assist supervisor to prepare reports and documents
- Collaborate with internal departments and external parties on subcontracting and invoicing issues
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
- Diploma holder with at least 2 years' administrative / clerical working experience, preferably gained in construction, engineering or testing, inspection & certification industry
- Proficient in using MS office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive and self-motivated
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
