Responsibilities:

To develop and plan marketing strategies that resonate with CCDC’s mission, vision, and unwavering commitment to Hong Kong’s vibrant dance landscape

To implement fundraising initiatives and ensure the sustained growth and impact

To meticulously execute high-impact marketing and fundraising campaign
-
To oversee all facets of physical and digital publicity, including astute management of production promotion material, social media channels and the company website
-
To cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including patrons, sponsors, and collaborators
-
To lead the marketing team, fostering creativity and driving business development.
Qualification:
-
University graduate with minimum 6 years of solid relevant experience in marketing, public relations, brand building and fundraising

Be exceptionally creative and truly driven to create a great buzz for our dynamic organisation

Excellent copywriting and editing skills in both Chinese and English
-
Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
-
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-
Willing to work overseas and irregular hours

Passionate in performing arts and strong network in performing arts industry is an advantage

Candidate with more experienced will be considered as Senior Marketing Manager.
