English Language Teaching Assistant (ELTA)

Description:

· Support English teachers in creating an engaging English language learning environment and fostering students’ interest in learning English

· Collaborate with English teachers to enhance the teaching and learning of English by developing innovative strategies, activities, materials, and resources tailored to students' needs

· Prepare students for participation in English-related competitions

· Fulfil other duties assigned by school

Requirement:

· A native-speaker of English or possess native-speaker English competence

· Bachelor’s degree in any subject from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent (preferable)

· Post-graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) or a Teaching English as a Foreign / Second Language (TEFL / TESL) qualification at certificate level, or equivalent (preferable)

· A holder of HKID card or a valid working visa

· Undergo the Sexual Conviction Record Check and comply with all EDB guidelines are required
