研發及技術總監（免疫與抗衰老產品）

主要職責

• 制定並執行免疫、抗衰老及防護相關保健產品的研發策略

• 建立產品安全與功效評估體系，確保符合香港及國際標準

• 領導科研團隊進行成分分析、機理研究及臨床前驗證

• 與國際科研機構、高校及醫療單位建立合作關係

• 定期赴美國及其他地區參加國際研討會，掌握全球最新技術趨勢

• 支援市場部門進行產品科學論證與專業培訓

任職要求

• 醫學、中醫藥、生物科技或相關領域本科及以上學歷

• 具備20年以上科研或技術管理經驗，熟悉免疫和抗衰老領域的研究者優先

• 曾參與或主持國際科研項目，具備跨文化溝通與合作能力

• 具備美國有效簽證，可定期赴海外參與技術交流

• 具備卓越的科研判斷力、項目管理能力與領導力

• 熟悉中西醫結合理念者尤佳

Director of R&D and Technology (Immunology & Anti-Aging Products)

Position Overview

Tycoon Group is committed to driving innovation and product advancement in the health and wellness industry. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong scientific background and global perspective to lead our research and development strategy in the areas of immunomodulation, anti-aging, and preventive health. This role will oversee project planning, product safety evaluation, technical partnerships, and international academic engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute R&D strategies for health products related to immunology, anti-aging, and preventive care

• Establish and manage product safety and efficacy evaluation systems in compliance with Hong Kong and international standards

• Lead scientific teams in ingredient analysis, mechanism research, and preclinical validation

• Build collaborative relationships with global research institutions, universities, and medical organizations

• Represent the company at international conferences, particularly in the United States, to stay abreast of cutting-edge technologies

• Support the marketing team with scientific validation and professional training

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, biotechnology, or related fields

• Minimum 20 years of experience in scientific research or technical management, with expertise in immunology and anti-aging preferred

• Proven track record in leading or participating in international research projects

• Valid U.S. visa and ability to travel regularly for global technical exchange

• Strong scientific judgment, project management skills, and leadership capabilities

• Familiarity with integrative medicine concepts is a plus
