Qualified professionals in company secretaryship (HKCGI / CGI Associate Member)

Around 5 years’ solid experience in company secretarial field with 3 years’ relevant experience in listed companies

Good supervisory, communication and analytical skills

Independent, responsible and able to work under pressure

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Good PC knowledge

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Company Secretarial Officer
