System Analyst – Enterprise Application

Responsibilities:

·         Oversee and maintain Enterprise Applications to ensure optimal performance, including but not limited to Dynamics 365.

·         Participate in the system migration project from Dynamics AX 2012 to Dynamics 365, ensuring seamless transitions.

·         Support in IT projects, including collecting user requirements, designing systems, developing solutions, conducting testing, implementing changes, and providing user training and documentation.

·         Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, review, and refine requirements, delivering solutions that meet organizational needs.

·         Support users with troubleshooting, bug fixing, and handling ad-hoc queries for inhouse supporting / reporting systems.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·         5 years or above of experience in IT application development and support.

·         Proven knowledge of AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 operations and processes.

·         Strong coding skills in .NET, C#, SQL, and Reporting (SSRS, Power BI, or Tableau).

·         Familiar with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, and TypeScript.

·         Knowledge of cloud applications and Microsoft Power Automate.

·         Being familiar with React.js, Vue.js, Nest.js, or Angular is an advantage.

·         Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

·         Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

·         Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Senior Analyst Programmer position.
