Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote YonYou products to clients, focusing on industries.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and aligning YonYou solutions to address challenges.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to showcase YonYou’s value proposition.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Technical teams to refine sales collateral, address client technical queries, and ensure seamless product implementation.
  • Provide feedback to sales and technical teams based on market trends and client requirements.
  • Stay updated on YonYou product updates, competitor offerings, and industry trends to position HKBN as a trusted advisor.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software/SaaS (ERP, CRM, or cloud solutions).
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical aptitude to understand and articulate YonYou product features.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (English and Cantonese required; Mandarin a plus).
  • Prior experience selling YonYou or similar enterprise software solutions.
  • Industry-specific knowledge (e.g. Retail, FSI, Trading).
