Warehouse Supervisor (Up to 22K/New Territories/5-Day Work Week)

About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead our logistics and operational functions in Hong Kong. This role is ideal for someone with a good background in supply chain, logistics, or operations, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of goods
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and optimising storage space
• Overseeing the work of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training and performance feedback
• Implementing and enforcing health, safety and security procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Identifying and resolving operational issues, optimising processes and driving continuous improvement
• Generating and analysing performance reports to inform decision-making and enhance efficiency
• Liaising with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure seamless operations

What we're looking for

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role within the logistics industry
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control practices and distribution processes
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
• Proficient in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations in the warehousing industry

• Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus) to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
