Warehouse Supervisor

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1)       To Supervise and perform in all warehouse activities, namely receiving, storing, picking as well as shipping & cycle count

2)       To organize the layout of warehouse and ensure effective utilization of warehouse space and the cleanliness of the warehouse.

3)       To control tight security and always maintain 100% inventory

4)       Manage warehouse management system on different platform, aiming to process customer orders and returned goods according to agreed process timelines

5)       Perform in daily warehouse requirements and ensuring accuracy of shipments

6)       To assist in stuffing and un-stuffing of cargoes.

7)       To drive forklift truck if trained and assigned by Supervisor / Trainer.

8)       To perform any online tasks (i.e. loading of boxes, accessary insertion, bar-code scanning) required for final shipment of cargo, if any.

9)       To Supervise a team of warehouse, train warehouse associates in job duties, safety procedures and company policies to maintain personnel proficiency in warehouse operations.

10)    Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of the department activities. Measure, track and monitor all assigned KPI’s

11)    Well communicated with internal and external parties

12)    Perform any other jobs related duties as and when required by immediate supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1)       Minimum Secondary education

2)       Minimum 3 years relevant experience

3)       Able to speak, write and understand Cantonese and basic English

4)       Self-motivated, responsible, able to work in physically demanding role

5)       Strong organization, task prioritizing

6)       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
