Responsibilities:
Craft and execute sales strategies for construction projects
Cultivate relationships with C-suite and decision-makers in both IT and construction.
Identify new business opportunities
Develop sales plans and achieve sales target
Acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Meet and expand established business targets; Identify market needs insights
Effectively derive and monitor business plans to achieve both short term and long term goals
Job requirement:
5+ years’ experience in construction / building Maintenance
Degree in Construction Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology
Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and leading teams
Familiarity with construction workflows and IT solutions
Minimum 3 years’ relevant Corporate sales experience with clients in the Government, Public Utilities, NGO sectors (local sales)
Experience preparing and writing tender proposals for construction projects
Ability to Work closely with supervisor and providing full support in preparing tender-related documents
Experience preparing sales forecast and budget
Willingness to attend tender briefings and site visits as necessary
Energetic, results-driven, and motivated with strong can-do attitude
Strong customer-centric approach to problem solving with sharp business acumen
Highly analytical mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
Fluency in spoken and written English, Putonghua, and Cantonese
Previous experience in IT sales or construction is an advantage
