Responsibilities

- Edit 15-minute YouTube videos and Reels/Shorts, aligning with YouTube and Instagram platform aesthetics.

- Use CapCut, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, DaVinci Resolve, or related software to create visually appealing effects and branded graphics, enhancing video quality.

- Assist in on-site shooting, operating B-camera and supporting production to capture compelling footage of products and showrooms.

- Collaborate with AI software to produce 10 short videos daily, supporting the company’s expansion into Xiaohongshu and Douyin with high-frequency, high-quality content.

- Research trends on YouTube, Reels, Shorts, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin to create platform-aligned, creative content.

Requirements

- Passionate about video editing and graphic design, with a strong aesthetic sense and creativity suited for interior design/renovation channels.

- Familiar with CapCut, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, DaVinci Resolve, or other Adobe/related software.

- Basic knowledge of operating Osmo Pocket and Sony A7 series cameras, with a good sense of visual composition and judgment.

- Fresh graduates welcome; no specific software experience required but must have strong learning ability.

Benefits

- $17,000/month - $20000/month basic salary (With performance assessment) +Bonus + Commissions
