UX/UI Designer

Job Summary:
Seeking a UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive and visually appealing user experiences and interfaces for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will excel at collaborating with teams, conducting user research, and delivering high-quality designs using Figma to enhance usability and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and attractive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and testing results.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and process.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe (e.g., Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design solutions.
• Good at spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with front-end development basics (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Exposure to Agile methodologies or working in a product-driven environment.
