UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, user-centered design principles, and the ability to create intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to design seamless and engaging interfaces for both web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities Include:

• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences and user-centered design solutions.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.

• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups

• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency.

• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

• Collaborating effectively with product managers and developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

• Creating designs for both mobile app and web app.

• Able to comfortably communicate and present design methodologies to stakeholders.

• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

You’ll be a Good Fit if you have/can/are:

• You have a degree/diploma in Design and at least 2-3 years professional experience in UI/UX design or related design fields.

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects (web/mobile apps, wireframes, prototypes).

• Proficiency in a variety of design and experience tools including but not limited to: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.

• Familiarity with interaction design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, ProtoPie).

• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.

• Pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics

• Experience on visual design, graphic design, branding design is a plus.

• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.

• You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions

• You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
