Training and CS Manager

Responsibilities:

• Identify training and development needs, design and develop various training programs

• Formulate training manuals and evaluation system, provide coaching on product knowledge, customer services and selling techniques

• Ensure all frontline staff receive appropriate training in an effective and efficient manner with good sell-out results, motivate frontline staff to achieve company sales targets

• Analyze key retail operational indicators to ensure sales performance and compliance with company standard

• Manage and monitor the training budgets and provide statistical analysis for management decision

• Follow up and analyze Mystery Shoppers results and make recommendations for improvements

• Prepare regular reports on retail performance and present actionable insights to the management

• Supervise subordinate on daily operation and provide coaching for customer hotlines and complaints resolution

 Requirements: 

• Diploma holder or above in business related discipline

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in retail industry, exposure in electrical appliances is highly preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work independently

• Excellent analytical and presentation skills with detailed-minded

• Fluency in verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Proficient in MS Office, web application and Chinese Word Processing

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Training and CS Manager
