Trademark Consultant (5-Day work)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree. Experience: 3+ years of post-qualification experience as a Trademark Consultant / Assistant.
• Solid understanding of trademark law and practice in Hong Kong and international trademark systems.
• Skillful in computer tools applications and ability of well-organized docketing and precise
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Fluency in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, willing to work under pressure, team player and detail-oriented, and good communication skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities: 

• Docketing and monitoring trademark workflow and deadlines
• Conduct comprehensive trademark searches and clearance.
• Preparing standard form and trademark reports to clients
• Preparing and sending quotations and invoices to clients
• Advise clients on trademark strategy and best practices.
• Day-to-day file management, E-Filings of documents, management of work schedule
