Temporary Human Resources Assistant (2 months contract)

Duties:

• Support daily HR operations, including but not limited to contracts and letters preparation, benefits administration, and staff record inputs and updates

• Assist in organizing staff functions and activities

• Perform regular system administration tasks

• Participate in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines is preferred

• Fresh graduates with relevant academic backgrounds and a passion for the HR field are welcome

• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and responsible

• Knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance is an advantage

• Good command of Chinese word processing and MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Good command of written English and Chinese

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
