Job Description
- Assist in C&B operations including payroll administration, MPF, tax reporting, leave administration, work injury compensation, final payment;
- Assist in data analysis, HR reports and project management;
- Assist in data management for the HRMIS migration exercise, HR system enhancement and maintenance, statistical analysis and ad-hoc HR projects.
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience;
- Good knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment related regulations;
- Familiar with MS Office (esp. MS Excel) and HRMIS;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
