Job duties of this Role:

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Platform Functional Analyst to provide comprehensive maintenance support and contribute to systems integration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise platforms, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation and enhancement of solutions. Proficiency in English is a must, and Cantonese-speaking candidates are preferred to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders and teams.

• Provide ongoing maintenance support for enterprise platforms, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system optimization.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Participate in systems integration (SI) projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Configure and enhance modules to meet evolving business needs.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications.
• Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support to ensure system adoption and performance.
• Document functional designs, configurations, and processes for future reference.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an enterprise platform Functional Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms and their functional capabilities.
• Experience in providing maintenance support and participating in SI projects.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Proficiency in Cantonese is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience with cloud-based enterprise platform solutions.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and business processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
