Technician

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for proper operation of physical plants and engineering facilities of entire apartments, directing and supervising his crew to carry out duties in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Establish a good work relation with both internal and external parties

Requirements:

• Certificate/ Diploma in Building Service/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Certified Electrical License holder
