Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the collection, analysis, and prioritization of business and user requirements and translate them into clear and precise technical functional specifications.
• Conduct end-to-end system analysis and design.
• Guide and mentor subordinates and junior developers during system development; provide technical oversight to ensure adherence to design standards and project timelines.
• Manage system implementation, including environment setup, data migration, and production deployment; coordinate with IT operations to minimize downtime.
• Plan and execute System Integration Testing (SIT); support end-users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by resolving queries and documenting feedback.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure compliance with clients’ documentation standards.

 Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Over 6 years of relevant IT experience in system analysis and design, development, implementation, and system support.

• ReactJS, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, JSP
• OpenJDK, IntelliJ, Java, Tomcat
• Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, JasperReport
• SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle DB
• Windows Server, Redhat Linux

Soft Skills & Certifications

• Leadership and team management experience; able to lead teams effectively while working independently; committed to driving project success.
• Able to share and communicate the technical design concepts with team and related stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and prefer with project management skills.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred
