System Analyst

dRoW (Digital Record of Work) is a project management platform designed to transform construction workflows. We are seeking a hands-on System Analyst to contribute to the design and delivery of innovative, AI-driven digital solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new technologies and supporting digital transformation in a dynamic environment.

Role Overview

You will help deliver a secure, user-friendly platform that integrates AI, OCR, semantic search, and data visualization. Working with stakeholders, engineers, and end users, you’ll translate business needs into system specifications and support seamless system integration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•      Requirements & Analysis: Elicit, document, and analyze business and technical requirements; translate needs into clear, testable system specifications and user stories.

•      Solution Design: Contribute to workflows for document processing, AI/LLM, OCR, semantic search, and data visualization; assist in defining data models and integration points.

•      Delivery Coordination: Collaborate with developers and AI engineers during implementation; track progress, clarify requirements, and support user acceptance activities.

•      Documentation & Support: Create technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials; assist with user onboarding and provide post-launch support and troubleshooting.

•      Continuous Improvement: Collect user feedback and usage insights to recommend enhancements and optimize workflows.

Requirements & Qualifications

•      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

•      2+ years of experience in system analysis role.

•      Familiarity with Node.js, Angular, and Python is highly preferable.

•      Familiarity with AI/OCR, vector/semantic search, data visualization, and database concepts; exposure to LLM integration is a plus.

•      Domain knowledge in construction, engineering, or cost management is an advantage.

•      Proactive and adaptable, comfortable learning new technologies and AI tools.

•      Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to explain technical concepts, especially AI-related, to non-technical stakeholders.
