Supply Chain Officer

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for drafting contracts, commercial invoices, customs declaration and other kinds of documents according to the monthly shipment plan, to ensure timely delivery of purchase orders.
2. Assist the Supply Chain Manager to complete the development and implementation of logistics and distribution plans, monitor the risks and problems in the logistics process, including docking with suppliers, third party notary public and Hong Kong Customs, complete the deployment of tanker trucks and vessels, as well as terminal pick-up and delivery arrangements and monitoring; 
3. Develop and follow up the UCO collection schedule according to the production and sales plan; co-ordinate with the Supply Chain Manager to manage and interface with the local collection team to collect waste cooking oil at the collection points in Hong Kong and monitor the quantity and quality of execution by coordination with various departments;
4. Create, optimize and print the oil collection forms, enter various data on oil collection and update the record forms
5. Assist the Assistant Supply Chain / Supply Chain Manager in the procurement of chemicals and diesel oil, tracking price changes and understanding market trends.
6. Assist Supply Chain Manager to confirm the arrival, acceptance and warehousing of raw materials, products and chemicals in internal and external warehouses, and monitor the count quantity and quality of raw materials and auxiliary materials.
7. Assist Supply Chain Manager for the maintenance of local service contracts and licenses, including the related documentations , price quotation and negotiation, dealing with all kinds of problems in the negotiation process.
8. Communicate with various departments within the company to clarify service contracts and licenses requirements and ensure that technical specifications are in line with international and local standards.
9. Upload and maintain the data in the supply chain system, monitor and analyze the data in the system, assist in writing all kinds of analysis reports, and identify and solve problems in time;
10. Assist the supply chain manager to deal with customer complaints, returns, transport/warehousing accidents, etc., and take effective preventive measures to reduce all kinds of accident rates;
11. Provide timely and accurate work feedback to supervisors, including work progress, results and problems and complete other temporary tasks assigned by the leadership.

Requirements

1. Tertiary Education or above in supply chain, logistics or related majors, experienced candidates can relax the requirements;
2. Experience in order fulfillment, logistics and supply chain is preferred;
3. Familiar with SAP or other ERP system;
4. Good professional ethics and teamwork spirit, good communication and coordination skills, strong logical analysis and judgment, able to flexibly respond to work emergencies and willing to withstand a certain degree of work pressure;
5. Good written and spoken Chinese and English skills, proficient in the use of Office software.
