Job Description

  • Handle purchasing and order processing
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and system updating, including purchase orders and all related incoming & outgoing documents
  • QC Inspection planning and scheduling
  • Ensure smooth order processes & accurate order fulfilment with ERP system
  • Organize and follow-up logistics
  • Perform regular stock take in warehouse to ensure stock levels are in line with ERP system

Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in Planning / Supply Chain function
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic commercial environment
  • Sound negotiation, interpersonal and people skills
  • Responsible and adaptive, self-motivated along with strong analytical mindset
  • Good command of written/ spoken English and Chinese

Advanced Excel user with hands on ERP/ planning tool experience
