To cope with our expanding team, we are seeking high-caliber individuals who are eager to contribute to our success. As the Junior Sales Support Analyst, you will be assisting our brand team in conducting basic sales support tasks (e.g. order placement, data inputing).

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Inventory Support: Conduct basic data analysis on orders, including stock tracking, inventory management, and demand forecasting to support business planning and enhance operational efficiency.

• Logistics Coordination: Assist in coordinating both inbound and outbound logistics processes, working closely with our Hong Kong and China teams.

• Operation Support:

1. Provide day-to-day administrative support, including purchase order (PO) issuance, report updates, and maintaining filing systems.
2. Cross-check logistic and transportation billing receipts; Consolidate, update and maintain accurate records of logistics-related billing reports.

• Act as the primary communication bridge between the warehouse, internal marketing, sales and brand teams, suppliers, and external logistics partners to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide essential logistics support to warehouse operations, sales teams, and brand teams as required.
• Cross check expenses occur for deliveries and other warehouse operation related expenditures.

• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by your supervisor.
  

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred; candidates with less experience including fresh graduates will also be considered. Experience in FMCG, beauty, or skincare industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP), Word, and other basic PC applications is a MUST.
• Strong numeric sense with attention to detail and an interest in basic data analysis.
• Good coordination and communication skills; able to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese and English.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Sales Support Analyst.
