Supply Chain Assistant

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive individual to join our dynamic Supply Chain Team as a Supply Chain Assistant. In this role, you will help ensure smooth logistics operations, maintain critical documentation, and manage licenses and permits for our food distribution business.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow in the areas of supply chain and regulatory compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Logistics Tracking: Monitor shipments, update container delivery schedules, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure that the documents are compliant with the requirements

Document Control: Maintain and organize purchasing documents, including purchase orders, invoices, certificates of analysis, and customs paperwork.

Licenses & Permits: Apply for, renew, and track regulatory licenses such as food import/export permits and sanitary certifications.

Compliance Checks: Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and relevant industry regulations (e.g., FDA, HACCP).

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with QA, warehousing, and sales teams to align procurement with operational needs.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma required; a degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is a plus.

1–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or administrative support, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Fluent in Cantonese and English; additional languages are a plus.
