Supervisor (Digital Marketing)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media and content strategies for clients

• Manage and execute content across various social media platforms

• Measure campaign effectiveness and prepare regular reports and analytics for clients

• Provide ideas, insights and advice on digital media trends and developments

• Provide strong leadership and direction for your team to deliver growth for your clients

• Nurture your team to ensure consistently high levels of performance are maintained

• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Advertising, Marketing, New Media, Journalism or related discipline

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing; preferably in social media marketing

• Familiar with social media trends & use of digital channels 

• Creative and passionate about digital marketing

• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment

• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently

• Positive working attitude, able to deal with pressure and good at multitasking

• Team player with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

• Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics will be an advantage

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Fluency in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus

• Candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior position

• Immediate available is highly preferred
