Job Description:
Cost Monitoring: Oversee main contract budget for monitoring and control the cost, preparation of cost plan for monitoring.
Subletting and Procurement Management: Manage the subletting & procurement works, include tendering, contract negotiations, preparation of subcontract / supplier agreements etc.
Contracts Management : Cost estimates, variation order valuations, measurements, handle contractual issue and claims, negotiation of final accounts, collaborating with the project team and other quantity surveying practices.
Requirements:
Education: High Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Experience: minimum 20 years experience in quantity surveying for Civil Works.
Skills: Strong knowledge of measurement, contractual skills, and problem-solving abilities.Language Proficiency: Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
